International Sales Director

Taliaz is a digital health start-up innovating a health prediction algorithm, PREDICTIX, that relies on genetic, clinical and demographic information, to help physicians personalize medicine. Taliaz’s flagship product, PREDICTIX Antidepressant, is a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool that helps doctors tailor antidepressant medication for individuals suffering from depression.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop international strategic sales plans.

  • Establish and grow the company’s sales activities in selected territories.

  • Manage distributor and dealer networks.

  • Monitor and report on the global sales pipeline

  • Set measurable goals and KPIs, monitor and analyze the results

  • Ensure efficient, effective and optimized operations

  • Provide visibility into sales performance, forecasting, and other management metrics

  • Research sales best practices & tools, and optimize processes based on our needs globally and in the different markets

  • Create sales and processes that meet the needs of our different markets

  • Manage the sales commission plans

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing sales processes and teams

  • A background in the health/medical industry.

  • An excellent understanding of SaaS business best practices related to sales processes and systems

  • Strong leadership capabilities, including experience of building highly motivated teams

  • Process orientation with gap analysis capabilities

  • Analytical mindset

  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to execute on priorities

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • A results-oriented mindset and data-driven approach

  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

  • BA or equivalent experience

  • Flexibility to travel abroad
