Business Development Manager

Taliaz is a digital health start-up innovating a health prediction algorithm, PREDICTIX, that relies on genetic, clinical and demographic information, to help physicians personalize medicine. Taliaz’s flagship product, PREDICTIX Antidepressant, is a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool that helps doctors tailor antidepressant medication for individuals suffering from depression.


  • Build the strategic objectives and revenue growth of the company products

  • Create business relationships, recruit, negotiate, prioritize and close deals with potential partners

  • Perform accurate & insightful in-depth new market analyses  

  • Constantly look for new distribution channels

  • Gather insight from various analytic tools to draw smart conclusions and improve future projects

  • Manage distributors/sales in the defined area and continuously ensure that the company's goals are implemented.




  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development in the medical/health field for the European market  

  • Experience in the US market (advantage)

  • Experience in team management

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and execute complex business negotiations

  • Business management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English

  • Native/Mother-tongue English speaker (advantage)

  • Independent with excellent interpersonal skills

  • High financial and commercial understanding

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Economics, Business or related field required

  • Flexibility to travel abroad
